Welcome to Domainshark.io. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our domain management platform ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

The Service may integrate or link to third-party services (for example WHOIS lookups or DNS crawlers). Domainshark.io is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of such services.
Domainshark.io provides the Service "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Domainshark.io may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, failure to pay subscription fees, or any activity that harms the Service or its Users. You may cancel your account at any time through your user dashboard.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Denmark. Class actions are not permitted.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Domainshark.io.
