1. Definitions

• "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing the Service.
• "Content" means any information, text, graphics, or data provided by Domainshark.io or Users.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. Account Registration

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service operates on a subscription basis with various tiers and features:

• Payments are due at the beginning of each subscription cycle and are non-refundable.
• We may change subscription fees with at least 30 days' notice.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. User Obligations

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate or link to third-party services (e.g., WHOIS lookups, DNS crawlers). Domainshark.io is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of such services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Domainshark.io provides the Service "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Domainshark.io may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Failure to pay subscription fees.
• Any activity that harms the Service or its Users.

You may cancel your account at any time through your user dashboard.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Denmark. Class actions are not permitted.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Domainshark.io.
